Privacy notice

Arrabon Services, Brooklyn, Pretoria, South Africa. Last updated 26 September 2026.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo on our site we collect what you type into the form: your company name, what your business does, what is drowning you, your name and your WhatsApp number.

We also record how the page is used: page views, when the form is started, which steps are completed and whether it is submitted. These records carry a random session code, the page address, the referring site, the tag on the link you followed if it had one (for example "linkedin"), and your browser type. The same source is noted on a demo request. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Why we collect it

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Where it is kept

Each demo request is emailed to hello@arrabonservices.co.za (hosted by Zoho Mail) through Web3Forms, an email delivery service. Form entries and usage records are also stored in a Google Sheet controlled by Arrabon Services. Access is limited to Arrabon Services.

The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for twelve months after your last contact with us, or for as long as you are a client. Usage records are kept for twelve months.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@arrabonservices.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Who is responsible

Arrabon Services is the responsible party. Information officer: Michael Cockcroft, hello@arrabonservices.co.za.
